Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver excellent customer service every time. Our preferred delivery service provider is Pedemonts Removals and we use them for all our furniture and select-non furniture items. Your purchase will be delivered to your home or office based on the information supplied at time of purchase.
We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt of goods. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment. For added convenience, all packing materials can be removed at an additional charge of $35 per item and must be organised prior to dispatch of your products.
We also provide standard delivery shipping for smaller items. This can be organised by contacting our customer service representatives.
