**Painted Timber Disclaimer**

This product is made from solid, hardwood timber, with a painted finish. Due to the hygroscopic nature of timber, physical vibration during freight, changes in temperature, and the static paint finish, hairline cracks will occur in the paint finish, especially along glue lines and joints. This is part of the rustic nature of this range, and is not a defect. If you have any hesitations please avoid purchasing painted, solid timber products. If you are after a ‘perfect’ finish, opt for painted composites such as MDF or plywood.

All prices in our catalogues and e-commerce site are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver excellent customer service every time. Our preferred delivery service provider is Pedemonts Removals and we use them for all our furniture and select-non furniture items. Your purchase will be delivered to your home or office based on the information supplied at time of purchase.

We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt of goods. When ordering, please provide a daytime number to arrange a delivery appointment. For added convenience, all packing materials can be removed at an additional charge of $35 per item and must be organised prior to dispatch of your products.
We also provide standard delivery shipping for smaller items. This can be organised by contacting our customer service representatives.
