Before you order
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items: Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra metro 5–10 business days; Brisbane metro and country NSW, VIC, SA, WA and ACT 7–14 business days; other country and regional areas 15–20 business days. Pre-order items are dispatched within 2–3 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
Can you deliver upstairs or into an apartment?
Our standard service is ground-floor delivery. For stairs, restricted access, apartments or White Glove service (unpacking, placement and packaging removal), please contact us before ordering.
What does pre-order mean?
Some sets are on their way to us. Pre-order lead times are shown on each product page, and pre-orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of the stock reaching our warehouse.
Will my table look exactly like the photos?
Each table is made from natural timber, so knots, grain and slight variations are part of its character — no two are exactly alike.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 7-day returns. Please inspect your order on arrival and keep the original packaging — products without it may not be eligible for return. Read the full policy.
