Pre-order items have varying lead times, with estimated arrival dates shown on each product page. If you have any questions before ordering, contact our team. Once stock arrives at our warehouse, pre-orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Special Delivery Requirements
Our standard service includes ground floor delivery with clear and safe access.
If your property has stairs, restricted access, apartment delivery requirements or you would like White Glove Delivery (unpacking, placement and removal of packaging), contact us before placing your order so we can provide a tailored quotation.
Remote & Regional Deliveries
We proudly deliver Australia-wide wherever possible. For some remote areas or commercial quantities, shipping may require a customised quotation.
If a shipping rate isn't available at checkout, simply email us and we'll provide a personalised freight quote within two business days.
Order Updates
Waiting for your new furniture is exciting. If you'd like an update on your order at any stage, simply contact our team and we'll be happy to assist.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and before disposing of any packaging.
If you notice any transit damage, please notify us as soon as possible and retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as products without their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
