Every piece in our collection is carefully selected for its craftsmanship, quality and timeless design. Before leaving the manufacturer's factory, each product undergoes a thorough quality control inspection to ensure it meets our specifications and relevant Australian safety standards.

Once your furniture arrives at our warehouse, it is inspected again before being carefully prepared for dispatch, giving you confidence that your order has been checked every step of the way.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted using natural materials such as solid timber, marble, leather and natural fibres. Variations in grain, veining, texture and colour are part of their unique character and should be celebrated rather than considered imperfections.

Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our furniture and homewares with a 12-month structural warranty, commencing from the date your order is delivered.

Should you experience a genuine manufacturing fault during this period, our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing and structural defects arising under normal residential use.

What Isn't Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents or improper care.
• Commercial, rental or non-residential use.
• Alterations or modifications made after delivery.
• Damage caused by exposure to weather, excessive heat, moisture, chemicals or direct sunlight.
• Natural movement, ageing and colour variation in timber, leather, stone and other natural materials.
• Hairline movement in painted solid timber furniture.
• Variations that are inherent in handcrafted furniture.

Some products may also be covered by an extended manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, this will be noted on the relevant product page.

Natural Materials

One of the reasons we love working with natural materials is that no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

Solid timber naturally expands and contracts with seasonal changes in temperature and humidity. Marble and natural stone feature distinctive veining, pores and tonal variation. Leather will soften with use and develop a rich patina over time, while natural fibres may display subtle differences in colour and texture.

These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather part of what makes each piece beautifully unique.
