Shipping policy
OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY
There are generally three delivery types available to our customers, with the preferred option ultimately determined by a combination of order distance & weight and delivery cost;
- Courier Delivery
- White Glove Service
- Custom delivery Service
COURIER DELIVERY
Available for items that are boxed and weight under 25kg each. When the total order weight exceeds 75kg and/or an items dimensions exceed 50cmW x 50cmD x100cmH, the White-glove service is preferable and is generally cheaper.
WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
This Flat rate Furniture-specialised delivery service varies based on destination, and is offered for Metro and Outer Metro areas. All interstate metro deliveries are shipped with Pedemonts Removals.
CUSTOM DELIVERY SERVICE
Custom delivery is charged based on destination and the bulk of the item. This service is offered for items that require more than a two man team, and/or are in regional, country or rural areas. Double storey homes and/or hard to access areas may incur an additional fee and are quoted separately. Regional and Country area deliveries will be delivered by a local contractor from your Capital city depot of Pedemonts Removals.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary with seasonal factors, but are generally 10-14 working days for Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, and 15-20 days for Brisbane and Adelaide.
We will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery of your goods.
