Due to the nature of timber, each piece is unique, and knots, and slight imperfections are considered character part of the charm, character, and beauty of natural timber.

As part of our on-going efforts to better service our customers, we have moved to a flat rate shipping model based on state capital cities.

In Stock items are dispatched within 1-5 business days.

Pre-order items have varying lead times, which our team is happy to confirm prior to, or upon placing your order. Once goods have been received, we dispatch pre-orders within 2-3 business days.

Please thoroughly check items for damage immediately upon delivery, and prior to discarding any packaging material, as items without packaging cannot be returned.

In cases where there is no shipping rate shown, such as for commercial quantities or very remote regions, our team is happy to quote rates on a per-order basis.
